Exchange Policy: Need a different size or style?

We offer a 10-day window for exchanges on all original-condition items. To keep things simple, we don't do refunds - just easy exchanges to make sure you get exactly what you need.

Please remember: We can only accept exchanges that have been pre-approved by our team.

Step-1: Describe the reason for the Exchange, mentioning the issues (including images) with the delivered product.

Step-2: Share the details and picture of the product (of equal value) you would like to receive in exchange.

If your exchange request is accepted, you need to pack the product in its original box/ package with all the tags attached and handover it to the delivery agent as per the instructions provided.

                                                                                                             

Received a Defective or Wrong item?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info.himdarzi@gmail.com so we can resolve it at the earliest.
